Otto Studio cannot guarantee when an order will arrive as third-party shipping providers provide this service, such as Canada Post, DHL, UPS and USPS. Once we ship your package, our store will send you tracking details which will provide you with the most accurate information.
Refunds will not be given based on unsatisfactory shipping time.
If a package is lost or delayed, we encourage you to follow up with the shipping provider directly and submit a ticket as this will provide you with the quickest responses.
